SECURING YOUR APPOINTMENT
A £50 booking deposit is required for all appointments. This deposit is our way of ensuring that your slot is reserved exclusively for you, ready for when you step into our clinic for your treatment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we fully refund your deposit with a notice of 72 hours or more. We appreciate this advance notice as it allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate other clients.
TREATMENT DAY
When the day of your treatment arrives, the £50 deposit you've already paid becomes a credit towards the cost of your treatment.
